How to make Gel Eyeliner!

Have you ever ran out of eyeliner, Gel or liquid? Whitley from Duingitcom gives us a few tricks and tips on achieving a look quite similar to the results you would get with a typical liquid eyeliner on a budget. Check out Whit Hints for beauty tips and tricks on her channel!

So today, I made use of her eyeliner trick using black eye-shadow. 

I am extremely impressed with the results! I can't believe I've never thought of this!

So the trick is to convert the eye-shadow powder to liquid using your sink tap water and apply using an angled brush. Here are my results!

It definitely saved me a trip to Ulta for the rest of the week.
