Coco Curls Moisturizing Styling Cream Review

I'm finally getting into my Naturals in the Park stash. You know you're a natural hair blogger when you have a surplus of products just waiting to be open haha! Today I'm coming to you dolls with a review for the ever so popular Coco Curls by Atlanta local Jeannell. I was able to pick up one of her signature products; Coco Curls Moisturizing Styling Cream for naturally curly hair.

Behind the Brand

Jeannell launched Coco Curls in efforts to make the average natural hair consumer's daily hair regimen simple yet fulfilling. Her two in one moisturizer serves not only as a hair moisturizer/leave-in but its also great on the skin as well. Walking into the

2nd Annual Naturals in the Park event, Coco Curls was the very first booth I spotted.

Jeannell was very welcoming and offered her products samples by demonstrating the great moisturizing benefits on consumers hands. Her brand and willingness to educate(vs sell) definitely stood out in the crowd through my eyes!

After testing out this moisturizer for the past month its a bitter sweet moment. I've hit rock bottom; in my jar that is!

It's only right that I share my experience with you dolls now.

As always lets Start off with the specs!

Product: Moisturizing Styling Cream

Brand: Coco Curls

Size: 8oz

Price: $15.00 *FTC: I purchased this product with my own money. I am not being compensated for this review. All opinions are my own and are honest/ true to my brand.

Styling: 3 Twistouts and a Flexi Rod Set

Longevity of style: 5-8 days

Most Prominent ingredients (first 3 listed): Aloe Vera Juice, Cetearyl Olivate and Sorbitan Olivate, Shea Butter,Cocoa Butter

The very first thing that I noticed upon un-boxing my cream was the amazing fragrance! It totally reminds me of freshly baked cookies! (vanilla cookies to be exact haha!) I was instantly drawn to the smell and couldn't wait to apply it to my freshly washed tresses!

The consistency was that of any moisturizing cream; white and very thick to touch (whipped consistency)

I was able to achieve about 4 twist-outs with this product including a flexi rod set. I guess you could say about 2oz per application which is still not too bad for the price considering I had a built in leave-in conditioner.

As far as Pros; I love the smell, my hair is super soft, defined, and shiny. I got so many compliments and questions about my hair this past month! This leads me into my one and only con; its only available online! :(

I recommended this product to so many of my clients this week in school and totally wished it was available in stores for easy access. But at this rate Coco Curls will definitely be coming to a store near you soon; I just know it!

Overall, I am super impressed with the customer service, the product, the longevity of my twist-outs and I will definitely be repurchasing again very soon!

Have you dolls tried Coco Curls? If so which product?
